Hoffman Academy Portland

New office staff is horrendous. Mr. Hoffman should be made aware that the woman named Taco or Taso (hard to understand her) has no customer service and is a real challenge to work with. It should be noted that tuition is expected in full prior to selecting your child's teacher and weekly lesson time. If you do not sign up the day they system opens for this selection (because you are working at noon on a Thursday), you could be left in a position where you have to change teachers or end up with lesson time options that are before your child gets home from school. Best part, if you cant make one of the remaining appointment times work for you, and remember you already paid in full, you forfeit your tuition. As noted by the office staff, its in the agreement when you pay for tuition... proceeded by laughing at me. 5 years of coming to this academy and its changing for the worse.

Beautiful music experience for children of any age!! Hoffman Academy has provided both of my children with exceptional teachers and instruction for years of piano lessons. Amazing staff and weekly lessons that are completely focused around the child's musical interest and goals to advance at any level. I would highly recommend Hoffman Academy to anyone!

If you are looking for an environment that teaches music and encourages artistry, I highly recommend the Hoffman Academy. My daughter has been taking piano lessons at the academy since 2012 and we have been so impressed with their talented instructors and friendly staff. We couldn't be happier with her musical journey.

Hoffman Academy is a wonderful place for students and their families. I've loved all my teachers over the years. Incredibly talented professionals make the learning process fun and stimulating. Students demonstrate phenomenal growth and development. I feel very fortunate to be be a part of this amazing musical community. Thank you, Mr. Hoffman!
