As a homebuilder it is imperative that we have a lending source that is able to deliver on what they promise to the client. Steve and his team always do just that. Their attention to detail and their knowledge of the rates and programs are second to none. Most important of all, Steve is honest and trustworthy, I believe this should be at the top of the list considering this is likely the largest and most significant purchase anyone will make in their lifetime.
