I used Capital M lending last summer when I closed on my new home. Aaron and his team did an amazing job walking me through the whole process. We had some bumps along the way, delays that were due to my buyer's lack of attention to detail, but Aaron and his team were always available, updating me whenever they got new information, and generally just took really good care of me through the process. I was grateful to have Capital M lending on my side for that transaction and will use them in the future when I have a need. Five stars, definitely recommend!

My partner and I worked with Michael to purchase our first home recently. Although the actual mortgage process went smoothly and Michael communicated with our agent well, he did treat me in a way that was very unprofessional and rude. We had talked to him a few times and gotten pre-approved before we found the house we ended up buying. The day after our offer was accepted on that house, I compared the rate Michael was offering to one other lender and that lender offered us a lower rate (rates were ~7-8% at this time, so this is important!). When I told Michael (kindly) that we were offered a lower rate elsewhere, he kind of freaked out. He told me very rudely that we only got our offer accepted because of him (not true at allwe were the only offer, had a 30% down payment and have very good credit. Literally anyone would have pre-approved us). He also said things like youre only in it for the money. Its a mortgage of course the money is important. He also accused me of trying to find fault in his estimates and not trusting him (I was just trying to understand a complicated list of numbers). I was shocked by how unprofessionally I was treated. Ultimately, Michael ended up matching the rate we were offered but not until after guilt tripping me by saying that his company would have to pay more to get us that rate. I only agreed to continue working with him because the sellers would have had to sign a revised offer to work with a new lender. My partner spoke to him through the rest of the process and Michael was perfectly nice to him.

Aaron and his team were by far all hands on deck. He walked me through the home buying process with care and professionalism. He definitely made the home buying process less painful. I will definitely be using Capital M Lending in the future. Big 5 Stars!

Aaron Nawrocki is absolutely phenomenal! I am so unbelievably grateful for Aarons expert knowledge and guidance, high-level of professionalism, and exceptional customer service during my home-buying process. I have been searching for a home for many months which has been challenging given the volatile and competitive market. Aaron has been by my side during this entire experience. He has provided honest, clear advice and direction each step of the way, has regularly delivered comprehensive, current, and accurate mortgage information and interest rate estimates, and has been proactive in keeping me informed. He always made himself available to answer any questions or address any of my concerns (even outside of traditional working hours). Also, he has been incredibly patient and kind; after each conversation with Aaron, I have felt reassured, safe, and heard. The closing of my home had an accelerated timeline, only 3 weeks, Aaron and his amazing team were organized, efficient, highly responsive, and skillfully navigated me through the loan process.
