    AWFUL AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.........Dexcom dose not return phone calls. The one hour wait time for a return call is a lie, should say call and hold for at least 30 minutes, more like 45, we will not return your call. Was sent over patches without glue on either side. Good Job. Waste of my time. Waiting over a month for replacement devices. Took three transmitters and sensors to get one that worked. Complained to my Dr and was told Dexcoms customer support is awful. She is looking for an alternative to replace Dexcom. Dexcom has a great idea but lacks in support and service. Too Bad. CHANGING STARS TO FOUR(4) originally one star, customer service has improved greatly.

    I have had 5 Transmiters fail in 6 months. They are ment to last 3 months each. Dexcom customer service is a joke. You will never get in touch with a manager. They don't call you back ever. They need to step up and start doing quality control on their product. People's life's are at stake. It's not just about making money dexcom. FDA will catch on and shut you down one day so I suggest you start taking this seriously...

    Great system, I love it. It has totally revolutionalized my blood sugar control. The one thing is that customer service is terrible. I call them, they never answer, I go online for live chat and it says, "cancelled, try again later" after 20 minutes of waiting. The dexcom deserves 5 stars but lack of customer service brings it down to a 2.
