My 96 year old stepfather's bed needed repair. I contacted Keen who the bed had been originally purchased from (based on sticker on bed frame). Keen first put me in phone contact with a technician to see if we could troubleshoot the problem (none of the motor functions on bed were working). All checked out, so with only a few hours notice (on a afternoon) Keen sent someone to my stepfather, Assisted Living home at 5pm to replace the controller. And no charge! Wonderful customer service and very much appreciated!

After purchasing some $30,000 in equipment from them, they shut down their service department!!! Really screwing us over. their suggestion is call your insurance company and see who they approve for repairs. That is a bogus answer and designed to ...More
