The worst. 3 times my son has tried to see any doctor at this place, never do they have an appointment. Today someone told my son if he filled out paperwork they could do a telehealth visit. He has been coughing up green phlegm, so hard he can’t sleep, has a fever of 102, and has sinus pressure. After taking an hour filling out paperwork, another person called him an hour later to tell him they couldn’t see him for 3 days. They did not offer him any advice as what he should do now or if symptoms continued to get worse. They made him feel like he didn’t matter. I have never experienced this with my PCP.

This place is impossible to get a hold of. No communication at all. I have a simple prescription that I needed filled a couple days early as I am leaving town. They told me I would be able to call the pharmacy and have refills no issues but that wasn’t the case. They claimed the doctor put in the rx but it was never received by the pharmacy. Now I’ve been on hold for 40 minutes trying to speak with someone to resolve this. A few weeks prior I had a UTI and again it was impossible to get a simple RX. Just so disappointing.
