I call Medicare asking the reasons for denial. They told me my medical office sent the claim saying that test was not necessary. They also told me to call my doctors office to resend the claim....well my doctors office told me that they dont resend the claim! We have done that before with different doctors!
My cholesterol level has been marginal..why this is not covered in annual check up is beyond me!
