Providence ExpressCare at Walgreens - Raleigh Hills (Closed)

In worse pain and frustration then i arrived with horrible ear infection (check in was fine) but with the person who provided 'treatment' started by talking for more then 20 mins about diabites and what app i should purchase becuse its my fault in pain and the nurse (not a doctor)shoved the ear light so hard in my infected ear i screammed out in pain my head started pounding starter and i am shaking from pain and extremely upset, frustrated. It is an ear infection from a cold - i did get medication though and its working. This expirence should not have been this bad for an ear infection I am changing my review as Providence as a whole has helped me before with a major problem that required surgery i am feeling better after medications

While on vacation, I went in with a nasty cough that had persisted for about a month. The nurse, who's name I wish I'd remembered, saw me right away, did a thorough exam and prescribed some things that helped. She was extremely competent, listened well and was very nice. The cough went away and the price was very reasonable. One minor irritation was the bill didn't say where the clinic was. I'm not from the area so had to spend 20 minutes digging to find it on the map. Normally, I"d give up, but I had to give some feedback to her. She was great.

I am an RN and I had excellent care at this clinic. Karen Riesinger FMP was knowledgeable, friendly and very thorough in evaluating me. I highly recommend this clinic.

Worst healthcare experience. I Had an appointment, yet there was an “on break” sign up the entire time. waited almost 2 hours without seeing anyone. I ended up leaving without being helped.
