Waited 4 hours to be seen, then 3 more after being seen by a doctor again after CT scan. Spent a total of 7 hours - most of which involved sitting in the lobby. I expressed to the nurse and the doctor that one of the reasons I came was a concern for appendicitis. The other reasons were kidney related. They put an IV in but wanted to wait for a CT scan before making any moves. The CT scan showed that they couldn't locate my appendix, but the doctor didn't address this at all. I've never had my appendix removed before, so I thought this was something worth mentioning. I think they were just too busy to care. I'd recommend going to another urgent care facility. Time is of essence when your health is at stake, so waiting can be risky. They're understaffed and they know it. The staff was kind, which is why I'm giving this 2 stars instead of 1.

I get labs done here all the time. Yes, theres typically a wait - sometimes 20 minutes, sometimes longer. They serve a lot of people! Yet, I always have great experience with the people. I saw yesterday a non tech savvy woman be walked through the check in tablet, so patiently and reassured that she wasnt a bother. I swear every person who pokes me can do it without any actual poke. Ive always seem to have good conversations with them too about kids, family, travel, and more. I know that waiting often is frustrating and I can tell theyre trying to do a good job.

I absolutely love that they have valet parking services! The staff that run up to your car smile and take your keys! It makes it so easy with kids! I always tip them because their working hard and always so kind.
