Having taken many, many bodywork courses and workshops over the last decade I can enthusiastically, and perhaps expertly, report that Carol Gray is a cut above the crowd when it comes to facilitating the learning process. She keeps her classes intimate, gives her students the time to absorb and process the deep learning she offers. She offers extensive kinesthetic learning opportunities which ensures imprinting our hands with what we are learning. The wonderful way she weaves science, traditional and intuitive knowledge together is a gift for her students. Every time I spend time in her space, I learn more than I knew there was to learn.
