Alexandra is a very talented and knowledgeable body therapist. I have had Thai massage, deep tissue and craniosacral sessions from Alexandra, and some hybrid sessions combining more than one modality. All have been excellent. As a former massage therapist myself for over 20 years, I can say with certainty that she knows what she's doing. I've always felt safe and relaxed with her. I really appreciate Alexandra not only for her knowledge and skills, but also for the kindness and compassion she infuses into her work. She is also highly professional and takes great effort to ensure the comfort and safety of her clients. I cannot recommend her highly enough...do yourself a huge favor and book a session ASAP! Ive had 3 massage + craniosacral sessions with Alexandra now, and they keep getting better and better! She is a very intuitive healer, a great listener, eager to apply her deep knowledge of the human body, and of course skilled with her hands for various types of massage. We have done some deep tissue work and cupping that has helped my chronic hip and back pain, and craniosacral that has helped lessen the frequency of my migraines. I really enjoy our sessions and I always leave feeling calmer and more aligned. She also has a very beautiful studio space that is always clean and relaxing. Highly recommend anyone looking for a holistic healing massage to try out Terra Calma :)

Alexandra is very professional and her home and treatment. room are both beautiful. I received 1 hour of cranial-sacral yesterday afternoon {my very first CS} and this morning I am noticing that my chronic pain is significant;y reduced/nearly gone in my shoulder. I really enjoyed the attention to detail when adjusting different parts of my body and stretching/ massaging based on what i actually needed. My experience felt very therapeutic as Alexandra truly helped certain pain points that i had coming in, providing lasting results. The space itself was very relaxing, as well as Alexandras kind voice. Im definitely coming back!
