The building manager here is so lovely, I’ve never had an issue with her. The building is brand new which is usually a good thing but there’s one issue: accessing the building without a fob. There is a touch screen that helps you and others unlock the door through an app in your cell phone. Unfortunately at least 50% of the time this system does not work, which has caused me to be locked out numerous times. I also can’t have someone let themselves into the building when I’m not there, whether it’s a cleaner or a dog walker, because there’s a good chance they won’t be able to get in. I wish there were a simple key pad with a code. Otherwise, I really like the Marilyn.

I toured with Joy, the community manager and she is awesome! She had answers to all of my questions and is friendly and kind. I put in my application and am waiting to hear back! The property is gorgeous with amazing upgrades, w/d in unit, great location, tall ceilings, ice maker in the freezer (which is really cool), and the unit I looked at had a ton of natural light. The views would be great no matter which direction you are facing. I really hope I get to live here! The building has secure access which is really nice too. The property is stylish and modern and even a studio on the smaller side felt bigger with the tall ceilings.
