We had great service with them until late summer when there office changed hands. They won't even return phone calls and give me the run around. Can not do a simple task of printing out receipts for a patient who has dementia.

Had the absolute pleasure of speaking to the staff there, and may i say they are TOP tier individuals. They were extremely patient and were very thorough with all my questions and concerns. The process of setting up care for my mom was a breeze. When it comes to the caregiver that they staffed for my mom WOW. The knowledge she has and how she redirects my mom is impressive!

I worked for Comfort Keepers in 2021 and I had an excellent experience as a caregiver. Everyone in management were a pleasure to work with, very helpful and always around if I had a question or needed advice. They worked around my schedule and made me feel very comfortable over all. I plan to work for them again in the future.

I have worked in many areas of health care for many years. Choosing to go back to school meant I had to step down from managing group homes. I needed a flexible schedule, transparent communication and understanding that I am human too. Valerie, Katie, Alison, Michael and our nurses are amazing! The guenully care for their employees and clients. They have qualified, compassionate care staff who range from new to the field to veterans who have been in the field of health care for years. I worked for Comfort Keepers as a in home caregiver for over a year. I have to admit, as a student, they have been so flexibility with my school schedule and have gave me the hours I needed. They are so professional, caring, and available whenever you have a question or need a support. They return phone calls if you miss you once as well as emails quickly. They let you grow both as an individual and professionally. This role taught me many lessons and their clients are all wonderful human beings! I will miss working for them.
