    This service was sent to me due to my Workmen’s Comp. claim for help that I needed to carry-on my daily activities due to my injuries that resulted in me being in a wheelchair. When the person came out to do the evaluation I explained to them what type of help I needed they sent out a carrier that was excellent and things were going well. But then they suddenly dropped me because they said I didn’t fit their criteria. They did not call me or explain to me why they discontinued my service, so if you are looking for a in-home healthcare service that is reliable I do not recommend right at home. When I called to ask why the person on the phone was very rude and disrespectful about why they discontinue my service. I don’t see how a company can operate this way in the healthcare industry when patients rely on in home health care they need.

    Very rude and unprofessional. I called and spoke with Christy and she said oh yes, no problem, we can go out to a specific area. I called again a few days later and the receptionist was very rude, and said they did not have staff to work in that area, and refused to let me talk to Christy. It's not specifically what she said, but her tone was very rude. I have never had anyone at an in-home care agency be so rude to me. I just asked a simple question, and I was not rude at all, just trying to find care for my client. Terrible customer service.

    My grandmother was a client at RAH. Some of the staff's at RAH were very disrespectful. The would always send different caregiver everytime which makes it hard for us because we have to train the caregivers every time. I have requested many times to have the same caregiver which never happened.
