Lynch Brothers Hardwood Floors

We bought a fixer upper house in December. It had old Red Oak hardwood under carpeting with a section that needed to be patched. We wanted to get them repaired and refinished before moving in. It was a tough time to get things done with the buzz of the Holidays. We called Patrick at Lynch Brothers Hardwood upon recommendation from our realtor. Patrick made the time to come out and meet with us, give a recommendation, email an estimate and set up a schedule, all within a few days. He had an employee, Chad, come out and start work immediately. Chad worked through weekends including New Years to get things done! The willingness to work an untimely schedule was really appreciated...but it got better. The craftsmanship and attention to detail was uncanny. He laced the new hardwood in the patch section together beautifully with the existing hardwood then filled, sanded and coated them with great skill and care to match. It was rather impressive to see the progression. The timing was such that we couldn’t get the walls painted before the floors were finished. It made me so nervous to paint over the new floors that I texted Patrick for recommendations on taping, drop cloths etc. He responded in full detail with the dos and don’ts of covering newly refinished hardwoods. I really appreciated the response. I ended up taping off the entire house (to the baseboards) out of extreme precaution and we managed to not spill a drop. I am really impressed and happy with Lynch Brothers Hardwoods quality and care. The floors are beautiful and they went out of their way to accommodate our semi-unrelated concerns and questionable timing. They are very fair, more than helpful and true craftsman!

Lynch Brothers did a fantastic job refinishing my 1920s oak and fir flooring. Patrick was great to work with, prompt and professional.

I called asking some questions about our old floors, and Patrick was very helpful. While our issue wasn't really something they could help us with at this time, he gave me a lot of great information and offered some very helpful alternatives. Didn't get a chance to be a customer, but if that's the free customer service they give to someone just looking for help, my guess is they'd be a good company to hire for your project.

Patrick and his crew did a great job refinishing our existing maple floors and adding new flooring to two additional rooms. The new wood flooring is barely discernible from the existing wood flooring--they did a wonderful job sourcing the perfect wood to match and a beautiful job lacing it all together. Patrick was also able to fabricate vent covers to replicate/match the existing vent covers and they added a feature strip around the fireplace--it all looks cohesive and like all of it has been that way all along. The guys were on time, neat, left the house very clean and dust free. It has been a great experience--I highly recommend. Services: Install flooring, Repair flooring

I called Patrick at Lynch Brothers to see about getting an estimate to refinish my hardwood floors. Even though the timing for the project wasn't something we could work out, Patrick took the time to explain the estimate process, how to choose the right floor refinishing company, the need for a licensed contractor, and what to watch for in a contract. I'm new to the HOA environment and have been confused by the Board's demands and regulations in regards to my personal property. Patrick's explanations have saved me time and lessened my frustrations. He didn't have to help, but he did. Thank-you Patrick!
