Everyone at Surface considered our carpet project feelings and vision. With great interest and care, fantastic samples were presented while guiding us to final selection round. Stairs, upper landing, 3 rooms and closets. Everyday we enjoy excellent results by Surface! Thanks to Desiree and Team Surface.

What a fun and pleasant experience choosing window treatments at Surface for our new home. Desirees experience, smarts, and efficiency all came into play. She was also quite enthusiastic and cheery which made it so fun too. She spent a lot of time with us going over things that we would never even think of. Desiree even brought in the Graber Blind representative, also fabulous so everything was just perfect. The shop is quite nice inside with so many lovely choices. The blinds we chose are a definite highlight in our new place. Desiree was always at the ready to respond to our needs and amazing with timing at getting our blinds installed. Thank you Desiree, you are outstanding!

Marvelous customer service - We worked closely with Desiree and even with a few bumps in the road, (including a big ice storm!) she made sure we were pleased every step of the way. Both Desiree and Porter cared about us and helped us to make a wonderful choice. We'll be back again for the next room!

Super helpful and they went the extra mile to help with the project. I will use them for all of my tile projects and HIGHLY recommend them. The details. I needed to redo tile in a rental bathroom, I stopped into the showroom late on a Wednesday. Porter helped me find the tile, stopped by the property the next morning to scope out the project and gave me a bid by the end of the day. The bid was right where it needed to be cost-wise. I ran into other issues and could not do the entire job and they were happy to adjust to my needs and solve problems until I could get to the full job. Bonkers good!
