UCS (CURRENT EMPLOYEE) As a current employee like revealing the secrets of Area 51 I feel people should know what really goes on inside. The basics are; pieces of paper (list of different phone numbers and the corresponding business from whichever State or States that are preselected) are passed out to fresh meat (new hires mostly) who are given a script they read to everyone who answers the phone. Their job is to get the owner of the business on the phone and get them a little interested. Once that happens the call is transferred to a closer who does just about anything and everything to get you to agree to the purchase. They will tell you whatever you want to hear and try to be your friend and come off as though they care. They have a script but are given more room to come up with ways to get you to sign. Even if they arent lying they will say it in ways that will be truthful but may or may not be the exact answer to the question. If the potential client is a hard case they will team up against you in whatever way they need to get you to agree. Everyone gets paid a spiff if they succeed in getting you through the loop. Thats why they want your business (the people on the phones). The upper management glorifies the Stratton Oakmont type approach and there are most certainly favorites. Most people are happy to take on the guilt of ripping you off for the amount they get paid to do it, I would even go as far as to say these are people who dont like the Portland community as much as they like the money and thats why they stay. The shady stuff is; yes they do have people miming other people and there can be multiple people listening to your call even though you believe you are on the phone with only one person. And saying put me on the do not call list, is like telling someone not to lie about anything the entire day. It may happen, but how often? As far as does everyone know the corruption. Id say not at the very low levels (new hires) mostly and anyone who has been working there awhile sees the money in their pocket before the damage they cause. Im letting you know all of this because even though its my job to get you to agree to the contract, I feel the playing field should be equal as I have been on your end and I understand the frustration. Even if Im being legit that doesnt mean others are that work beside me.

If I could give a negative 10 I would. These guys are flat out scammers and lied to me multiple time. I am not going to waste any more time saying more, just avoid these people like you would a decaying pile of rats.

Stay away from united card solutions! The sales team sure misleads a person and promises there's no problem getting out of the contract which is untrue.
