ACE Cash Express

Now I dont really give ace cash express themselves. If youre just getting a check cashed two stars its more the banking system they use that should get one star really. I have no problems with customer service within the Ace cash express business. The people are friendly theyre helpful. The system itself is fantastic for people, however, the banking system they use Porte. This group of people and this company is super fraudulent steal. Your money are disrespectful. Have horrible customer service and they dont like to actually do their jobs. They just want to put you into the queue again instead of doing the transfer like they should be transferred to department now, I had $260 taken out of my account in five transactions in a day and a half. I filed a fraud suit I did that on my mobile app I filed and talk to somebody via the phone and then when I called to check where my money was and why it hadnt been reimbursed, they said there was no transactions of transactions thank God I took a screenshot first had gotten removed from my account transaction history. There was nothing to show, but Ive got screenshots of it. Surprisingly they were able to find it again somewhere buried very deep but still with that being said, they still told me there was no filing done for fraud claim and could not help me. I did everything I was supposed to do. I called the company. They said you have to wait until it gets finalized. I waited till I got finalized. I did it in my banking app and then I called them again and did it via the phone. The fact that they have no evidence of it they have, no transaction history of it in my history on my statements God I am glad I took screenshots. I do not recommend if you need to get some kind of banking card that Ace cash express your route because of their banking system. They should probably get a new banking system if you ask me, I am closing my account my money elsewhere they do not have good security measures nor do they have very good customer service and they like to steal your money so with that cash express I give you four stars however thats only for cash and checks port your banking system they get zero

Horrifying experience, first of all it was 91 inside the store on a 78 day but the uncomfortable waiting room was the best part. The lady working Saturday not only had me sign my check BEFORE validating it (big no no because once it is signed it is very difficult to cash) then proceeded to tell me because she asked the evening manager at my retail store to validate a check NOT if I worked there or not the night manager told her she couldn't give that info, then once I was denied I called my store to explain and called.aces back only to be told too bad. Unbelievable. Don't go there ever! Go to Rapid Cash on 122nd and Powell, they actually know what they are doing! 0 stars if I could!! EEEWWWW!!!

They are very friendly and nice but are inconsiderate of peoples times. sitting and waiting for over an hour because they make everyone sign up for a debit card instead of cashing your check And then they have to walk them through downloading the app and blah blah blah it wouldnt be so bad if they had more then one person working.
