If you're in need of $ and considering a title loan, this is the place to go! I researched different companies and looked at their fees, and Title Max consistently beat their competition in every way I looked. The manager, Liz, is amazing and so easy to work with but is very straightforward and upfront, which I really appreciate, especially when it comes to this. So many of these types of businesses are out to get every penny they can suck out of you and use your financial vulnerability to their advantage. I didn't feel that way at all with this company. Actually, it was the opposite. We will be paying the loan off as quickly as possible and will only be charged a $75 fee for early termination. Liz made it clear if we had any issues with the monthly payment to make sure and communicate with her, and they'd work with us within reason, of course. It was clear to me that they're in the business of helping ppl not taking advantage of them during a rough financial time. Thanks for everything and staying late, not once but twice to serve us! Much appreciated!
