I do not recommend this bank. A rep by the name of Noah kept me on hold for 20 minutes for a simple question. I asked why I had to wait so long. He sarcastically said did you forget that you asked me a question? I said excuse me? He responds in the same tone did you not hear me. I have experienced a number of unprofessional experiences here. I decided it was time to close all of my accounts. Steer clear from this place!!

I cannot say enough about the staff at PNWFCU. I have always had nothing but the best interactions with everyone here. My car was totaled recently and the loan officer, Megan, was amazing! She made the stressful situation seamless and smooth, with constant communication and unexpected flexibility. I'm happy I made the decision long ago to use this credit union for my auto loan needs. Thanks for being awesome, you guys are great!

I've been with PNWFCU my entire life since I began banking thanks to my mother opening up an account for me as a teen. She's been with them ever since as well and they have always been incredibly helpful with any and all of our needs. Most recently I chose them for my new auto loan after my current car was totaled out by insurance after an accident. My loan officer Megan has helped me out a few times and has always been a pleasure to work with. Incredibly professional, personable and made the process for my new car purchase as smooth as possible which was definitely appreciated already dealing with insurance. I recommend PNWFCU to anyone any chance i get!
