Beaver Towing Inc

A driver from Beaver Towing rolled down his window to yell at a school bus full of children for "wasting his time," because he was legally obligated to stop while the children boarded. This happened at 39th and Royal on Jan 31, 2014. I will not be using this company.

My initial dealing with Beaver Towing was pleasant. They got to me quick after a call to AAA, the driver was friendly and pleasant and things were going well. When dropping my car off at the mechanics the driver started to remove the hydraulic ram without it being all the way on the ground, which lead to some cracking and popping sounds. The driver had almost torn off the front bumper and broke the radiator core support in front of my wife and mechanic. He was apologetic and gave us the number to the towing office to get it taken care of. The owner/manager is claiming that it was prior damage and that I will have to sue to get the repairs taken care of. Please avoid this company at all costs.

I seem to be in need of a towing company more often than I care to admit. I've had some good experiences and some horrible ones. Beaver Towing was definitely one of the good ones. The driver who was dispatched to assist me went above and beyond what I would consider standard service and helped me figure out what was wrong with my vehicle. He even gave me some referrals to a good honest auto part store. I felt good walking in knowing exactly what I was talking about. I plan on calling on Beaver Towing the next time I need a fast, honest, friendly tow truck.
