G-Limos

These guys were awful when we used them 3 years ago, just saw one of their "limos " aka broke down bus driving in Beaverton with expired tags, almost a year expired! Total losers!!

Eric booked a Valentines Day wine tour which I paid full price for (no coupons). He called me days later saying his computer crashed, he couldn't recall my booking. I checked my bank statement, and the money was paid in full to him on the same day I made my reservation. He said he would email me a receipt and itinerary. No receipt came or itinerary. Ive called him 4 times, he is not returning my calls. Im having to drive an hour to his place of business to clarify this with him, because he has not returned my calls, over a week later, and still no proof he took my money. SCAM ALERT.

TERRIBLE company to do business with. Didn't show up with limo as reserved and tried to tell me I was wrong. EXCEPT, I had a copy of the confirmation they'd sent me so they were wrong. Sent a beat-up old black prison-van appearing bus-like thing with no air conditioning for my 10 high net worth guests. I'll be filing a complaint with the BBB and in small claims court. BUYER BEWARE.

I think the guys at G-limos must have paid their friends t leave the good reviews. I purchased my Living Social coupon December 1, 2014. I started calling right after the new year, no response. I called several more times with no response. I left a voice mail every time. No call backs. I sent several emails with no response. By April I was calling every day. One day I was surprised to get an answer. It was Shawn. He said they had no openings for two people (like ever) but if I could get eight people we could book. I got five and called again and again and again. No answer and no call back. One day I was surprised to get a pick up, this time by Erik. He said he couldn't book me then because he was dropping his kids at school, but he knew my dates were available, so if I shoot him a reminder email he will send me a confirmation when he got into the office. He never did. By May, I could no longer leave voice mail, the machine was full. I started working through LS to get a refund. They found another company doing the same tour and switched my voucher to that company, Bridge City Limo & Town Car--guess what--same company, new scam. They are not only scamming G-Limo customers, now they are also scamming the legit company Bridge City Limos out of their customers. Never, never, never do business with these guys.

Wreaks of a scam. The very morning of the "so called" limo ride to three wineries, G Limo called to report that the limo had broke down. In place of the limo, they sent the Portland Trolley service which is basically a remodeled school bus (no discount). It had bench seating, rattled like an tin box, and was nosier than a motor cycle ride (by the way ... the destination was Hood River from Portland). Here is the scam ... Although we were sold a private group limo ride, we shared the trip with a busload of people that was comprised of other G Limo customers who were also told that THEIR limo had broke down. More disappointment to share but I will end here to save you time while enough shared to save you time and money. Luckily our trip was saved by enjoying time with great friends and sharing some good laughs. BTW ... I have heard this same story from others since sharing our experience. Interesting to say the least.
