The owner, Ken Bittke, has merchandise of ours that he has not returned after countless telephone calls & emails. Our phone calls & requests go unanswered. We consider this highly unprofessional & not befitting a way to treat one's customers

Terrible customer service and lost a blouse of mine. My husband went to pick up my dry cleaning and they said they lost a blouse. No effort to contact me prior. I called and they said they still didn’t have it. I went in and nothing. Zero follow through with lost item.

I've used this place for years but won't be going back. They've wasted my time too much. Repeatedly after sitting in traffic to get to them my clothes aren't ready for pick up days after my pick up date. Since this is such a problem they should consider implementing some sort of system to let you know when items are actually ready instead of guaranteeing them on a certain date. A phone call or text would work wonders.

I couldn't believe how rude this place is. I came a full two days after they said my item would be ready and they told me it wouldn't be ready for another five days! Granted it was around the holidays, but they already quoted me five days from the time I dropped off my one sweater. When I mentioned that it seemed unreasonable for it to take 12 days to dry clean one sweater and I was wondering what they were going to do about that, thinking perhaps they'd comp me the fee to keep my business, they said simply "well, it is the holidays", and charged me full price. Now seeing all these negative reviews, I wish I had never gone and certainly will never return.

Do NOT use this place. Clothes not ready on date of pick up, no customer service and no attempt to solve problems.
