        My wife and I worked with Birth First Doulas for our birth and in the days after our child was born. It was our first child, so we were somewhat green to the whole experience, but Alison and Ashley were so incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, responsive, and caring. We may never know the full impact they had compared to what might have been, but my wife and I fully recommend working with these fantastic people. This is an investment in your health and your babys health, and wed do it again in a second. 10/10

        I had an absolutely wonderful experience with this doula service for the birth of my daughter. Krystle and Tallina were a great help postpartum as my baby was born a little early and I hadn't been able to complete organizing things at the house.. it was SO nice to have that help. Tallina was also my birth doula and I felt very comfortable with her support and knowledge, and it was very easy for me to put trust in her right away, which made what could have been a very anxious experience into a very positive one. Thank you!!

        The class was very informative! It should have been longer because there is a lot of content to go through and we barely touched on pumping and didn't talk about bottle feeding at all. Perhaps it would be best to rename the class to exclude bottle feeding as it's a bit misleading. Otherwise, the teacher was very knowledgeable and welcoming.

It is very helpful to know that there is not enough time allocated for this class to cover all of the learning objectives.
