Kevin was nothing short of a pleasure to work with and professional. Communication was on point, he always double checked to see if we had any questions, concerns, or issues with the work, and always was prompt about messaging. He replaced a basement window, and the finish was super clean. You can tell he enjoys what he does while being really good at it! I’d hire him again in an instant. I am appalled at the poor communication and lack of specificity with this group. They were recommended with high praise from others and they were very personable upon meeting them. However, when I asked for a specific quote/break down of specific pricing of each project to see what was feasible, it was like pulling teeth to get any answers. Kevin told me about 3 separate times that he would discuss with his partner, or check their schedule, or get back to me with the quote, but he never did. So over the course of a month, I had to contact him asking for the quote 3 times and each time I got a different price range and a response such as "I will get back to you." Once I finally said that I might need to look into another company to do the work for me is when I got a more solid answer (see picture), however it still did not break down the specific amount of each project. Then, after finally receiving a "quote," and him offering to book my projects ASAP, 4 hours later he told me that he cannot do the projects for me (see picture). They literally wasted my time for a month! I would NOT recommend this group at all, especially if you want to know what you're paying for rather than just agree to a made-up price number.

Kevin and Bridgetown Builders turned a small home renovation in just a few hours. All correspondence was timely and efficient. They also went above and beyond by bringing me a coffee on the morning of the job! Can’t recommend enough! Already looking forward to having them work on my next project!
