Completely unprofessional owner who is failing miserably, just look at the reviews to see for yourself. I was an employee who found a better opportunity to work elsewhere and Ive been waiting for 4 days for my last paycheck that she decided to hold from me. Ive already done the necessary calling to BOLI and better business bureau, shes claiming i cant be paid until supplies are returned which ive tried to meet several times but she decided to go MIA. both immature and un professional not to mention illegal. She is way to much drama then I can handle and thinks of herself a little to highly!

The reviews speak for themselves. I recommend calling literally ANYONE else to get your house cleaned. The owner Crystal Lopez scams not only her customers, but also her employees. She's unreliable and provides a half done cleaning for full price. She charges customers without completing the cleanings and withholds pay from her employees.

Worst cleaning ever. Waste of money. I paid a total of $290 for a deep clean on a 3b 3ba and the cleaners skipped a bathroom, skipped the microwave, didn't move a toaster to wipe crumbs, wouldn't move shoes to sweep or vacuum, didn't wipe down any surface with an object on it. The owner said they will get it next time. There will never be a next time. Service: Deep clean

I own a very clustered and compact home in ne Portland. I had Think Maids NW came thru after 4 hours of cleaning I was in complete utter shock. I have not been able to see my kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, hallway, or entry way until they completely deep cleaned everything. I will always recommend Think Maids NW to anyone who needs a great professional cleaning experience. 9/16/2021 UPDATE The owner of this company asked me to write this review, I was her new roommate at the time. 4 months later she has kicked me out and changed the locks, while i was working. as of the beginning of September after paying rent and has kept my belongings from me against my will. CRYSTAL if you would be so kind to allow me to come to the house to grab my belongings with the Murray police department that would be awesome!! I will remove this update and even leave the fake 5 star review for you. Simply put, I just want my belongings back. Services: Deep clean, Standard clean
