I used to deliver produce to a lot of the Panda Expresses and their kitchens are the cleanest bar none...way cleaner than The Benson Hotel and a lot of other 5 star Restaurants

There is an employee I haven't seen here often. Her customer service during dinner rush was amazing. Dark skinned English girl working you will leave with a smile and your food. Good job panda

Ordered online Panda Express App. Got a text notification saying my order was ready for pick up. I went in and the line wrapped around the inside of the store. There were so many people there. Everyone was waiting to be served or to pick up their order or delivery service order. I checked in gave my name and was told OK. 30 minutes in as I watch everyone getting their orders even people who came in AFTER me- I asked about my order. I was told they hadn't printed it yet. Needless to say, I was there for 52 minutes before my family's dinner was ready. When I said something to the manager and asked for my receipt the asian manager (female) said 'Aye-Ya' which as an Asian woman myself I know to mean OMG in English.

I just went in there today and got chicken fried rice chow mein and orange chicken and the rice tasted burnt the chicken was overcooked I'm not at all pleased with the service I got today.
