One week before the extended deadline she told me I could look around for another CPA as she didn't do rush jobs (she had everything she needed 1 month before the deadline). She left me scrambling and quit responding to emails. She failed to stay up to date on the latest tax issues, especially in regards to covid changes. When I suggested she made a mistake, she double downed and insisted she was correct (I later found another CPA, who said she was incorrect). This mistake was thousands of dollars.
