What an expensive mistake! I have never been charged so much in my entire life for a tax return and it wasnt even done in a timely manner nor with any amount of ease. Just know you will be charged for every phone call and every minute of interaction. Their mandated phone call is absolutely useless and unnecessary but you will pay for it. You will upload documents, but you will also be charged for them to retrieve those documents and organize them. Almost a $200 fee for someone to review what another preparer has already done. Im quite upset! Would never use this company again, nor recommend them. I tried to get an estimate of cost before hand and was not given one now I know why! What a scam!

I can't believe these ladies only have one Google review! I can't say enough good things about the professionalism and attention I've received as a new client. As a very small startup, we had been searching for a CPA that would be familiar with our industry, be able to meet our needs, and fit our modest budget. After talking to a dozen condescending men, I realized if I'm gonna have a good long-term relationship with whoever I choose, I'm going to need to find a woman. I emailed them on the Friday before taxes would be due the following Monday. I got a near-immediate response followed by a wonderful phone conversation with Laurie. After explaining a bit about my business and our needs, she was able to file an extension request for us the same business day and sent me an email confirmation of the request's acceptance by the IRS on Sunday. Now, as we go through the actual tax filing process, everything has been explained in terms I can understand and with kindness and patience. My partner and I are delighted to have found Dimone LLC!

LOVEEE these ladies!! They have done my taxes and helped me for over 10 years now and they are simply the best!!! Yes brutally honest with me at times (probably a good thing!) but they do an outstanding job and are there whenever i need them!!
