I recently purchased my 2002 WRX here and feel happy about the transaction. The owner/salesman was 100% honest about the numbers however the cars sitting on the lot DO have issues. Mainly auction cars that have not been checked out.
I bought my car with the engine bay smoking from a valve cover that was leaking and a cracked radiator. To me, this is not a car that is ready for sale. I am fairly mechanically savvy so I was able to tackle both issues once I got the car home.
That being said, if you are not fairly mechanically inclined I would stay away from this lot or at least have a third party mechanic inspect the vehicle.
I did walk out of the lot with a screaming deal and I loved how cut and dry the owner was about the entire process.
