Bad experience, customer abuse, they left me for hours without my car, they agreed to send me the diagnosis via messages, 7 days passed without a response, which hurt me in my job. When I went because it had been so many days, they didn't know about my case, so I pick up the car and they leave me all the personal tools such as drills, sockets and mechanics wrenches which I think is a lack of respect because I left it with the confidence that I should have in the place I think that since there are cameras they will give me answers and which nothing was resolved since Because of what happened, they sent me to the manager who they never looked for or who didn't show up. I already felt too uncomfortable and this is the only company I can find so they know where these facilities are headed, and supposedly the client has to have the best experience in the world. I know that we are human beings and we make mistakes but this is what I think, do not leave anything in the car when you go to that place, if from the beginning they do not give you their time or their warm welcome as a greeting, at least because that is not the case. I saw never stop that they are too busy as not even the good days when we can help you anything and the culture was lost. You already know, turn your back and dance that those are bad symptoms of the place. Blessings and may God enlighten you.

Buying a car with these guys was fantastic!  I work the graveyard shift and had been trying to figure out when I was going to be able to get out to dealerships.  I REALLY needed a car, and didn't have one to get to the dealers.  Then my banker told me about these guys and Sam brought out the car I liked, in the evening; Matt did the loan approval for me through my bank.  Within 24 hours the car was in my driveway, and I never had to leave my home.  I'll never buy a car any other way again!

I had an extremely good experience with Matt Kim. He helped me locate an available car with everything I needed during a very wild and stressful lack-of-purchaseable-cars time. Mr. Kim was calm, professional, thorough and very honest. Starting in the evening when he emailed to apologize for a car being listed that had been sold, to less than eight hours later when he called me to let me know what was available, I felt deeply impressed by his knowledge and care. He delivered a car to my doorstep for an unbeatable price. 11/10, I will be referring everyone I know to Mr. Kim and Tonkin.
