Wait time varies. Love the free scones, they were tasty. The menu is extensive. Pancakes were great and a little unique. Prices and quantity are excellent, it reminds me of ~2010 prices and portions (pre pandemic, pre-inflation). Staff were nice, lots of light and nice decor, furniture feels aged but in a good way.

you can tell by the rude responses from the new owner that zell's is going under. another uninspired and mediocre white dude swoops in to kill a restaurant and ruin the livelihood of the employees. nice job.

I have eaten weekend brunch here probably about 100 times over the last eight years. In the last few months, it has come under new ownership. What has not changed: The food is good, rich, and delicious. Every element is tasty in its own way without being overwhelming. The service is personable and good. The coffee (which is good) is always on hand before you run out. It is clean, calm, and comfortable. The prices are reasonable, but not cheap. Which is fair to the quality of the food. The specials are worth looking forward to. What has changed: Free scones are no longer served to each diner. Apart from being tasty, it gave an atmosphere of generosity and excitement for sharing a passion for cuisine. They are missed. The staff has changed a bit. They are all still warm and inviting, but the familial vibe hasn't completely gelled yet. Not that they are obligated to, but the casual warmth that the previous husband/wife owners gave was unique. In all, I will come here every weekend I am able to for as long as I am able to. The weekend does not start until I do. Vegetarian options: There are several vegetarian and vegan options Kid-friendliness: There is no entertainment or distraction, but for quiet kids, it's fine. Wheelchair accessibility: No obstacles and flexible floor space
