Ill give this place a 3, the wife and I stopped by on sat 2/12/22 and were helped by a very nice guy we had a few questions and bought a spare bike tube. Great interaction with the guy that helped us. So based on the interaction I had on sat. I decided to bring the used bike I just purchased in to get it fixed. I don't know all of the bike history mind you. so I show up and i ring the bell and Abby comes out and i tell her whats going on and I ask about prices and she cant give me any and wont even tell me how much cables cost if i need new ones. needless to say say abbys attitude about my bike was not great. I chose to not have them work on my bike.
