I feel impelled to leave this review because of the outstanding service I received from GP. They did a stellar job repairing my wrecked bicycle after I was struck by a vehicle, they came in under budget, and communicated with me every step of the process in a swift and positive manner despite challenging Covid supply chain issues. I came to this shop based on an internet recommendation having just moved to Portland at the time of the accident. I am glad I did. My intent is to pass on my great experiences so if someone else is in a similar situation they will consider GP. This is my shop for as long as I am in Portland. My bike rides better now than when it was new.

Man oh man, what a great service, They had a quick turn around, and had my bike riding like new in no time. Took their time to explain to me everything that they did, as well as offer some new suggestions on how I can easily do the work at home if I wanted to! 20/10
