        Called 20 min before our scheduled appointment (made over a week prior) to tell us they didn’t have the diagnostic equipment for our 2014 i3 and needed to re-schedule. We canceled and went to Boyd instead. Glad we caught this red flag early.

        Mice decided to use my 2008 Porsche Boxters engine and exhaust for a latrine. What an awful smell. Took it to SI and they cleaned it and it smells great again. Thank you SI for an outstanding job.
