Jon's name for his business is true.  We texted photos, he showed up exactly at the appointment time, and he was miraculous in removing multiple minor dings at the corners of our daughter's 2008 Prius.  Jon was also friendly, fast, and inexpensive.  When I guessed Jon's charge, my wife informed me it was less than 1/2 of what I guessed!  Amazing!  Minor dents are the cost of living in Portland with narrow streets and lots of parking lots.  We will always call Pain-less Dent Repair first.  BTW, this is our second time calling Jon.  The first time, Jon looked at our photos of another car and told us that we needed a body shop as the damage was beyond what he can do onsite.  That was a $3400 complete back bumper, quarter panel, and expensive taillight system replacement.  I appreciate the honesty of turning down jobs you're not equipped for.

Quick to respond. Appreciate the upfront pricing option. Great person to chat with and also prompt and professional in his work. Definitely would recommend him to anyone who needs a quick dent pulled out. All I wanted was the dent to be less noticeable. He went above and beyond my expectations, even fixing a couple other areas for free. Well worth the funds spent.
