I really love that this is a locally owned and operated shop. I've been going here for about 10 years. I love that I have ease of mind from start to finish. They help with dealing with the insurance, which can always be a hassle. They make your car look like it's brand new! I would 100% recommend this place to everyone. They are extremely friendly and helpful. They never cut corners and make sure all parts and repairs are up to manufacturers requirements. Seriously cannot thank them enough!! This review is long overdue! I first want to say thank you to the staff again in providing excellent service. Nancy was always on my side and ready to do whatever she could to help with my claim and make sure I received the service I was deserved. I cant imagine what this process would have looked like if professional auto body had not gone above and beyond. No matter the insurance said they didnt compromise their standards and I am very grateful. Hopefully I wont have to come back but if I do, this will be my shop.

Nancy & team were amazing. They advocated for me 100% through the claims process with my horrible insurance company. She made sure they provided me with pre-loss repairs. Nancy was very communicative and gave frequent updates, as well as walking me through the process (it was my first car accident). 100% recommend supporting this local business!
