My passenger side window was broken by someone-I needed to have it fixed ASAP to protect my tools, but had a job that I couldn’t reschedule. Max met me at the job site, did the job in less than an hour and even vacuumed the broken glass up. Got a new windshield installed. Wasn't thrilled with the quality of the product (uneven surface, some warping in spots that distorts my vision), but I live with it. However, after only 30 days, a crack appeared! It begins at the edge, at the A-pillar. No chip, no marks, just a fine line. Alex said my warranty only covers leaks! He doesn't guarantee the product, just his installation. I explained the location of the crack indicates it's a result of the installation (at the edge) and not road debris (chip at center of screen). No other options for me but BUY ANOTHER WINDSHIELD? Oh, brother. Thought I made the right choice by avoiding national companies and helping a local entrepreneur, but learned my lesson. Buyer beware!

He was able to come out to my house the next day and replace my windshield. The price and service was excellent, hopefully I won't need to buy any more windows, but if I do, I'll call these guys!
