Just moved in less than 3 weeks ago and boy was that a mistake.
Incredibly rude neighbors with loud tv's, musical instruments, and cars rolling into the complex with loud subwoofers. Not one person has said hello to me since moving in.
The water has been turned off twice already for "maintenance"
Management seems to sit on complaints until THEY want to use it. Which does not seem to help de-escalate issues but make them worse.
Already have lawyer looking into local law to get me out of lease so I don't pay penalty.

Not to be confused with the Raleigh Scholls Patio apartments which are awful. These units are much nicer, more modern, and with any luck farther away from the road. Nice layouts too. And covered parking!

Poor management. No proper communication. Im a caregiver that works from home and they had my car towed without even calling. Its been three days and I never got notification. It was day time. Had they called they wouldve realized the handicap sign had fallen off of the hook. Clearly they have a deal with the towing company and would rather keep theyre relationship with Retriever Towing than keep the peace in the community. Im under the impression theyre getting kickbacks from the towing company. This has been the worst rental experience ever. I would not recommend living here.

Corrupt management setup that deliberately tries to to make residents lives miserable. Please stay away from this property if you want some peace of mind .

Have Been here for 4 years and have loved every minute. New management is great and even helped me find housing assistance after losing my job due to covid19. The units are 75+ years old at an extremely affordable rate with all utilities included so not sure what the other reviews are complaining about. And issue I've had had always been fixed and timely. Grounds are well maintained. Happy to be an RSA resident
