Noisy 4:30 to 6am when trash and recycling come rattling through. Several days a week it seems.

Resident since July, 2020, inspired to write a review of current property manager, Sydney Hope, because I'm so impressed by her level of professionalism, compassion, empathy, and resourcefulness. Sydney is very responsive to communications, resolves issues quickly, increased engagement between neighbors, and showed kindness to me and my doggo throughout the pandemic. Common spaces are cleaned twice weekly, neighbors are rad, I'm happy.

We've lived at Anthology for 2 years and the building has been pretty great. The location is perfect, the 1br is perfect for us, and sound proofing throughout the building is amazing. Some downsides? Management keep getting switched over – so don't ever expect your basic asks (like security cameras) to be considered. Utilities and fees can be unreasonably expensive.

Owners need to install cameras near the mailbox. 10+ packages have been stolen since moving-in and nothing has been done about it. Other residents have experienced the same thing and is the number one reason for moving out of the complex.
