Toured this building twice. Very overpriced, weird/unsafe location, zero amenities, and both times I toured it seemed like no one lived there. The units themselves are gorgeous but this is a very weird complex and should probably go under new management.

Unsafe building: no security, doors dont lock properly, thefts have occurred. No amenities, and expensive rent. Poorly managed by Atlas.

Security concerns + terrible property management. I moved in on Aug 27, and within a month, my new road bike was stolen from the secure bike storage room (despite being locked up, and only a handful of tenants had keys to the room - someone came in with a professional lock cutter). More concerning is that two+ months later, building management still havent reviewed the security footage, and they are doing nothing to make this situation right. Occupancy rate has been extremely low since I moved in, and frankly, I dont feel safe at all in this building. Pair that with management that doesnt care, zero amenities, and high rent, I wish I wouldve chosen a different building to live in.
