Terrible management company. Would not recommend living here. While it is a great location, just know you'll be dealing with an incompetent management company that doesn't care.

We really enjoyed living here. The neighbors have always been respectful and friendly. The apartments are clean and well maintained. Management is easy to talk to. Maintenance request’s were handled in a timely manner. Great location and very walkable to some desirable locations. Also dog friendly! Always a plus.

Even though the street out front is a little rough looking, the building is well maintained and the apartments are beautiful inside. The management was responsive to maintenance requests and were always friendly in passing. We enjoyed our neighbors and people were very respectful about noise. I only wished the streets around the complex were a little nicer but I never felt unsafe. And that's through no fault of the building management, just life in the city. We really enjoyed living here overall.

I LOVEDDD Waverleigh Apartments. It's the first place living on my own I truly loved. The apartment itself was beautiful - big, bright windows, gorgeous hardwood floors, a newly renovated kitchen, cool retro bathroom tiling, and my bedroom was so spacious! Great location, too - very central, very freeway-accessible, and there's a Target RIGHT behind the place. Had very quiet neighbors. Maintenance was always helpful, friendly, and communicative. In my opinion, the rent was a STEAL for as nice a place it is. And shoutout to Denisse, the property manager. I hold her work in high regard - I think she does a bang-up job over there, and she was so awesome in helping me through some tough roommate situations my first year there. I'll miss her. I'd say my biggest cons (and they were minor compared to the pros, so don't let them deter you) was the lack of fan in the bathroom - there's a window, but I really think you need a fan. And, the renovated kitchen shelving started falling apart some by the end of my 2 years there, which made for some hassle, and broken dishes. Maintenance came by each time there was a problem, though. And lastly, the homeless had seeped into the block a bit by the time I left, but I personally never had any problems. Plus, that's no fault of Waverleigh's - it seems to have become pretty inescapable, living in the city. These things aside, I really loved beautiful Waverleigh; I feel like it's the total package deal, and I would 1000% do it all over again.
