Darrin's Place Apartments

The apartments are incredibly damp and moldy! We had mold growing in our carpet and over our furniture. Maintenance is lacking our stove broke and they wanted to have us wait two weeks for a new one. There is literally dirty diapers and garbage left laying around and when management is confronted with these issues their response is to blame the tenets and raise the rent.

I love this place. Its quiet, the apartments are clean and private. Management is responsive and friendly. Aside from the train and the planes from the airport, my 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, w/d in unit is indisputably a steal. 36 units makes for a quaint environment, aside from the laziness of the neighbors who can't throw away their dirty diapers without blaming management. I've watched it happen, so don't deny it. Yes, there are apartments all around us and the homeless find some comfort here, but this is an easy place to call home. Darrin's Place, home away from home.
