Can acupuncture help with back problems??? The short answer – YES!!! I admit, I was skeptical at first, but after 6 years of suffering the pain of degenerative disc disease, the side-effects from numerous narcotic pain “relievers”, the expense of corticosteroid injections & physical therapy - I was willing to try anything. My doctor told me there were no other options and he refused to do surgery. I was at my breaking point and very depressed. For Christmas, my mom bought me 5 acupuncture treatments and I started weekly treatments in January. After 3 treatments I felt an improvement. Although I was still had some pain every day, I was satisfied with the results. However, I still needed medication to get thru the work week (I sit at a desk all day). David recommended twice weekly treatments and a herbal tincture to help with inflammation. Today is March 21th, 2013 – this is day FOUR of absolutely NO pain medication. I haven’t felt this good in so long; it seems too good to be true! I wish I could have done this years ago. Thanks to David and his persistence, I am pain free and have a positive outlook on the future.

David is the Best! I have Mixed Connective Tissue Disease and he treated me, he helped me get off of Prednisone and into remission. He has also helped me with fatigue, painful PMS symptoms, pre-cervical cancer, and back pain. He has provided me with nutritional and preventative information that has really helped me make better choices. I recommend him to everyone!! Thank you David!!
