I walked into my first appointment Dr. G listing a whole host of symptoms pointing in what I thought was so many different directions. (A history of low energy and constantly fighting hormonal acne, among others) Dr. G listened well, asked great questions and met my anxiety with understanding, offering small stepping stones toward wellness. Within a month of seeing her, following the routines & supplements she recommended, my acne cleared! My energy levels have been brought back to a standard I never thought I could reach again! Dr. G saw the whole of me, all of the symptoms pointing in one direction. She sees wellness as wholeness & for that I cannot recommend her enough!!

I cannot recommend Catherine highly enough. She takes such great care and has such a healing energy in the work that she does. I feel transformed every time I get treated; leaving her office literally taller than when I arrive! Catherine is magic.

Dr. Gurski is knowledgeable, attentive, curious, and caring. Having just recently secured insurance through a new employer I was looking for a Naturopath that could help me start my journey of proactive wellbeing. Dr. Gurski ticked all the boxes. She addressed my concerns and with her wealth of knowledge and resources to cater a course of treatment that fits my lifestyle. Could have stayed all day chatting about healthcare as well as life. 6 out of 5 stars!

The combination of acupuncture and cranial sacral therapy that Catherine offers is tremendously helpful. The cranial work frees the body of its tightness and the acupuncture treats specific organs or muscles that need attention. It is a wonderful luxury and I'm thankful to have access to it.

How do you communicate with your body? When everything about your body is in sync, when your organs, and your bones, and your soul eb and they flow, when there is harmony from your toes to your cranium, you might hear something in side of you whisper, "Thank you." I had never had acupuncture before, until recently, when I had experienced some lower back pain which was predominantly getting worse and affecting my sleep, my mood, and eventually, even the way I walk. A girlfriend said, "You should see Dr. G." Hesitant, scared of needles, and it being a weekend, I reached out. To my suprise, Catherine answered! She asked some revealing questions to understand my overall health and we set my 1st ever acupuncture appointment. (I had her take a picture of me covered in the most amount of needles I had ever experienced as proof). As we were talking, she went on to share so much knowledge about the various ways acupuncture can help adults, athletes, animals, illnesses, pain, fears, and so on. Now I'll admit I didn't leave the place walking like some miracle had happened but I've been 3 times now and along with the help of some other approaches I'm back to almost normal, whatever normal is. But Dr. Gurski took it a step further and made some recommendations on communicating with my body from the inside, adding some magnesium to my diet and fish oil. I feel elevated spiritually, mentally, and physically. Acupuncture for me seems to have enhanced functions that my body already does and I am grateful for the natural approach guidance Catherine M Gurski, ND, LAc offers. Thank you Dr. G.
