Iv heard a lot about this place and it was a lot of hype , I think its a little overrated. Got the spaghetti and it was flavorless and they dont have meatballs. Also got the California chicken and mashed potatoes. Chicken had good flavor but I wasnt blown away and was disappointed with the mashed potatoes. Will give it another chance someday ,maybe I didnt get the right dish

Hands down my favorite restaurant. I live in Lewiston and my daughter goes to school in LaGrande. We meet there just to have dinner. Its that good. Its got a great feel to it: unassuming on the outside. Dark on the inside with round booths and red velvet motif in front of an iconic wooden western bar. Full of locals for good reason. Food is wonderful. If I lived in Pendleton, Virgils would be a problem
