Omg found this gem while driving thru Pendleton Oregon! Right off the highway! Food was absolutely delicious! Queso Birria was the best my husband has ever had and he makes his own which are pretty fantastic! My street tacos were also delicious!! Dont pass Pendleton up without checking out this cute little pink taco truck!! You will not regret it!

I ordered lunch from Chimus Tacos today and it was delicious. I ordered a Salad Bowl with everything which consists of beans, rice, lettuce, I chose carne asada, and the toppings and my husband ordered a Taco Combo, which is 4 tacos (he chose asada and carnitas for meat, which he enjoyed both very much), with a side of rice and beans. All very delicious and good prices. Both were $11 each. They also have a Antojos truck which offer a variety of Munchies type food and refreshing drinks, didn't get a chance to order from here, but everything looked delicious. Next time, I'll try out their nachos and my husband, their burritos. They got so many delicious options! Both owners husband and wife, were very kind and great customer service. I highly recommend!! :)
