Staff is always extremely friendly and professional. They do things in a very timely manner. Theyre affordable for my prescriptions as well as my dogs prescriptions. Love Genoa!

Im not the type to leave reviews usually, but this pharmacy is the BEST! Always greeted by smiling friendly faces, fast and simple service. Any time there is an issue with my prescriptions (usually doctor not sending it over, so not Genoas fault!) they always fix the problem and have my meds out to me within 10 minutes.
AND! I was surprised to have my prescriptions show up in the mail, it saves me a 15 minute trip into town which is so convenient.
If I could give 10 stars I would, yall are awesome!

Great ppl and place to go for Dr's appointments and to get your medical taken care of if need be....
Not to mention a great place to have your medical sent too and refilled Genoa Health gets 10/10 stars.

I was sent medications that were normally covered by my insurance, but they weren't that one single month. I was sent them without being asked if I could afford/wanted to pay the copay. I had OpenCard instead of CareOregon for a few days and that happens to have more copays/cover less medications. Because of this mistake I lost more money than I could afford to, and the company refused to help me. I was sent on a telephone ping pong back and forth between this individual location and the corporate but ultimately I have to lose money I don't have because of a mistake that the company won't own up to.
