The front counter lady is Rude! She's mot better when on the phone, could not give even the smallest amount of help! Move all my pharmacy needs to another place!

If you take anything from this review, let it be to just not ever use this pharmacy! Save yourself the headache and trouble, just go anywhere else! They have constant staffing issues, close at random due to the staffing issues, never answer the phone, are beyond rude and unwilling to help, and they make the experience of using them worse than pulling teeth! I have been using this pharmacy for years and precovid they were great, now they are the worst I have ever experienced. Go to a different walgreens or a different pharmacy all together but don't bother with this location if you want to get your prescriptions quickly and without issues.

These people are the worst. Im diabetic and they messed up& when it comes time to fix things the woman that was working there HUNG UP ON ME because she couldn't handle someone holding them accountable for what they should have done a week ago! I told her the problem & the solution & that im diabetic and needed my needle points for my insulin pen& she wanted to talk in circles that made no sense anyway because everything is covered by insurance. My point is that THIS LOCATION DOESN'T CARE about their customers! I feel for the people that are stuck going to this location. I personally will NEVER go back to this location.

Had a Covid test appointment scheduled for the afternoon. They call 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment and said the testing was "shut down" and I needed to try somewhere else. No other reason was given. I'm showing symptoms and I was really counting on getting testing done here. Why wait 15 minutes before my appointment to tell me? Very disappointed.
