I just love this bank. Always fast and customer service is great. Any Chase branch I've been to really, has been a good experience.

Chase Bank is in trouble that's why this branch closed... and many others. Chase narrowly escaped prosecution by the Department of Justice for fraud by paying a fine of nearly one billion dollars. Check out the 'Deferred Prosecution Agreement' with the DoJ of September 29, 2020, vs JP Morgan. In other words, the laid off employees should not feel too distressed, that they no longer work for this highly criminalized and abjectly fraudulent disgrace of a Federal reserve primary dealer bank.

We made a 6pm appointment to add my name to an account. They did not tell me that if it was a business account that it had to be an authorized manager. Who was right there. He wouldn't do it because he said that he had to clock out. We explained that it took us over an hour to get there and that its difficult for me to get a bank being a truck driver. All he said was there was nothing he could do despite that it would have been only a ten minute process. I'm so sick and tired of Chase bank and cant understand why they would get anyone's business when their services are that terrible.

Closed their location without a email or letter notice and took down there atm. I am left with no way to deposit money unless I drive over a hour and they don't accept money orders on their app. I'm no longer with Chase after many years.

I loved the people that worked there they were good to me and I hope but doubt chase paid them right for dropping thier jobs durring a time like this. But now the atm and the bank is gone. I couldnt deposit money into the account so now they have closed my account due to their 5$ monthly fee, or if you don't hold money or have monthly direct deposit. This account stimulus checks were supposed to be deposited to. I'll never have a bank account again because of the experiences I have now had.
